Ze Hui Aquaculture, located in Nanping, China, is home to one of the world’s largest land-based RAS eel facilities. The facility features 76 Pacific systems, enabling precise monitoring and regulation of 1,328 oxygen probes along with pumps, water flow, temperature, and pH levels.
The facility is at the forefront for eel facilities, aiming towards greater sustainability, accountability, product traceability, and improved regulations. In 2022, the facility achieved an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons.
