OxyGuard is looking for a creative backend developer to help further develop our cloud-based software platform for the aquaculture industry.
The company is located in Farum, has around 50 employees, and offers a position in an international, informal environment with many different professional disciplines.
As a developer at OxyGuard, you will join the software team responsible for building our cloud solutions.
Development work takes place in close collaboration with our engineers, Danish fish farmers, and other specialists. Strong communication skills are therefore a significant advantage in this position.
About you
We are looking for a responsible person who enjoys working independently and in small teams. We value someone who is self-driven, proactive, and takes initiative.
Ideally, you have the following competencies:
- At least 3 years of experience developing web services and APIs
- Strong familiarity with the Node.js environment and building production-quality applications in TypeScript/JavaScript
- Solid knowledge of Git
- Experience turning design into code and applying architectural principles
- Strong understanding of SQL and data modeling with relational databases
- Experience with MS Azure

Express, NestJS, RXJS, SQL, TypeScript, Prisma (ORM), Docker, Angular (2+), Cypress, Jest, NX (NRWL).
It is also an advantage if you are interested in software architecture and have an eye for detail.
